Finacity Facilitates Venture Debt Funding Program for Immersive Gamebox

Stamford, CT – November 15, 2022 – Finacity Corporation (“Finacity”) announced that it has successfully completed the facilitation of a new venture debt program for Immersive Group Gaming, Inc. (t/a Immersive Gamebox) from Harlan Capital Partners.  The new facility provides funding for the rapidly expanding operator of innovative immersive gaming experiences across the US and EMEA.  The first tranche of the term loan is  USD 12.0 million with additional tranches  expected to follow.

Finacity, a White Oak Company, Upsizes IFRS Off-Balance Sheet Receivables Securitization for Vitro, S.A.B. de C.V. to USD 175 million

Finacity Corporation, a White Oak Company, (“Finacity”) announced that it has successfully upsized its IFRS off-balance sheet trade receivables securitization for Vitro, S.A.B. de C.V. (“Vitro”) (BMV:VITROA). The transaction allows for up to $175 million in funding of the senior tranche from a U.S. based bank, as well as an investment from Finacity Asset Management in the intermediate subordinated note to achieve off-balance sheet treatment.
