Finacity Appoints Judith S. Schrecker as a Board Director of the Company

Schrecker recently retired as Chief Financial Officer of Alcoa’s Global Rolled Products business. Alcoa (NYSE: AA) is a Fortune 200 global leader in lightweight metals technology, engineering and manufacturing. Under Schrecker’s financial leadership, the Global Rolled Products business achieved historically high profitability. Schrecker brings more than 34 years of global financial leadership with broad international experience.
