Ways in which these changing requirements are supported by banks and alternative finance providers, through secured financing transactions, was examined. Discussion focused on the issues surrounding performance risk and how these may be addressed, as well as the benefits, limitations and trends in structured financing, specifically receivables securitisation, as a solution.
