Portfolio Management / Operations Professional

This professional will play an active role in many facets of Finacity’s client/portfolio servicing operations.

Anticipated activities and functions of the job are:

  • Manage processing daily activity for multiple Client accounts.
  • Perform reconciliations to ensure accuracy of Client A/R portfolios.
  • Work with different departments (Analytical Team, Product Management, Technology, etc.) to enhance servicing operations and identify areas for operational improvement.
  • Draft procedural documentation.
  • Assist in development of servicing-related transaction documentation.
  • Assist in managing trustee relationships for securitization transactions.
  • Manage portfolio based fraud prevention.
  • Liaise with external Clients on a daily basis.
  • Contribute to Rating Agency and Investor Packages on behalf of prospective Clients.
  • Assist with various systems upgrade projects
  • Assist with Annual Audits for Clients.
Key Qualifications:

Integration Specialist

The Integration Specialist will support Finacity’s servicing operations team in a number of ways, but will be most heavily involved in the "Onboarding" of new business. Finacity’s client Onboarding projects can be likened to a traditional "merger and acquisition" effort and/or a systems replacement effort (such as an ERP implementation), whereby business processes and associated data must be defined and mapped to a new technology platform.

Anticipated activities and functions of the job are:

  • Understand the end-to-end daily processes of the Servicing Operations team.
  • Manage processing of daily Client account activity.
  • Perform reconciliations to ensure accuracy of Client A/R portfolios.
  • Work with different departments (technology, product management, etc.) to enhance servicing operations and identify areas for operational improvement.
  • Assist with various systems upgrade projects.
  • Drive client onboarding activities:
    • Conduct on-site Client-Finacity working sessions.
    • Develop data specifications documents.
    • Develop and oversee project task plans.
    • Identify and track business/data issues, and facilitate resolution.
    • Draft procedural documentation and process maps.
    • Assist with design, development, testing and implementation of data integration.
  • Manage portfolio based fraud prevention activities.
  • Assist in development of client proposals, reports and presentations.
  • Liaise with external Clients.
Key Qualifications:

An ideal applicant will have strong academic credentials, experience managing projects, a strong customer-centric mindset, advanced technical skills and at least three to five years of experience working with Accounts Receivable systems and related Data Integration projects (ERP implementations, system replacement, merger of system data, etc.).

Asset-Backed Securitization Professional

The Asset-Backed Securitization professional will play an active role in many facets of Finacity’s business. Due to Finacity’s continuing growth, this senior professional will have the opportunity to participate in many areas outside of the primary responsibilities, including: strategic planning, relationship management, channel development and sales.

Anticipated activities and functions of the job are:

  • Structuring and orchestrating securitizations.
  • Negotiating commercial terms and conditions.
  • Documenting agreements with customers, investors and applicable counsel.
  • Preparation of rating agency presentations and management of rating process.
  • Relationship development with broker/dealers and investors.
  • Client transaction project management.
  • Create Client proposals, reports and presentations.
Key Qualifications:

An ideal applicant will have strong academic credentials and at least two to five years of working as a Financial Analyst, Associate and/or Vice President in the field of asset-backed securitizations. Rating agency or legal experience welcomed.
