Adrian Katz, Chief Executive OfficerAKatz@Finacity.comAdrian Katz has been involved in the asset-backed securitization industry for over 20 years, working in both the investment banking and specialty financing industry. As an investment banker, Mr. Katz was a Managing Director at Smith Barney responsible for all issuance of new asset-backed and mortgage-backed securities. Prior to Smith Barney, Mr. Katz worked for Prudential Securities where he was a Managing Director and Co-Head of the Mortgage and Asset Capital Division. More recently, Mr. Katz was the Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Vice Chairman of AutoBond Acceptance Corporation, where his duties included building a centralized servicing and underwriting platform, developing supporting technology infrastructure and organizing a national marketing effort. Mr. Katz graduated from Princeton University with a BSE in electrical engineering and computer science. Michael Rodgers, Executive Vice PresidentMRodgers@Finacity.comMichael Rodgers is responsible for credit underwriting, servicing operations, corporate finance, treasury, tax, human resources, and real estate activities. Prior to assuming this role, Mr. Rodgers was SVP of Servicing and Credit Underwriting. Mr. Rodgers has over 24 years of financial management, service center development, process engineering, credit underwriting and working capital management experience with large multinational, manufacturing firms. Prior to Finacity, Mr. Rodgers was Vice President, Global Credit Operations at Georgia-Pacific Corp where he managed centers of excellence in five countries overseeing an annual portfolio of $26 Billion of trade receivables with over 350,000 clients. Other firms where Mr. Rodgers held senior financial positions include, Fort James, First Brands and Union Carbide. Mr. Rodgers holds a BA in Accounting from the University of Connecticut. Jeremy Blatt, Managing Director, Deal Structuring and ExecutionJBlatt@Finacity.comJeremy Blatt is responsible for the analysis, structuring and ongoing execution of Finacity's deals. Mr. Blatt has developed many of the innovative features that make Finacity’s transactions superior funding vehicles for its clients. In his previous roles, he developed the analytical models for Finacity's products; and led the Analytics team, which plays a critical role in every phase of each transaction. In over 19 years of software, analysis, and management experience, Mr. Blatt acquired a detailed business understanding of CMO Trading, Asset-backed Deal Structuring, and Automobile Loan Collections and Servicing. He has applied this knowledge to lead Bell Laboratories, Lehman Brothers, Smith Barney, AutoBond Acceptance Corporation, and others to successful implementations of mission-critical financial enterprise systems. Mr. Blatt holds a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Princeton University and a Master of Science in Computer Sciences from The University of Texas at Austin. Sandeep M. Contractor, Vice President, TechnologySContractor@Finacity.comSandeep Contractor leads software development and manages technology operations between New York, London and Mumbai. Mr. Contractor pioneered the software design of Finacity’s Securitization engine and other business systems, which enables Finacity to structure complex receivables securitization transactions. He has over fourteen years of experience as a programmer, technical lead, and technical architect with major financial institutions such as AIG, ING Barings, Merrill Lynch, and American Express. Mr. Contractor holds a BS in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Regional Engineering College, Warangal, India and a Masters in Computer Science from New Jersey Institute of Technology. Mr. Contractor is currently enrolled in the Executive MBA program at Columbia Business School. Brooke Shaby, Vice President, Product ManagementBShaby@Finacity.comBrooke Shaby leads Finacity’s Product Management team, and is responsible for the translation of new deal requirements into operational processes and technical capabilities. Ms. Shaby oversees client and investor reporting, and manages the business requirements for Finacity’s proprietary execution platform. As one of the early members of the company, Ms. Shaby helped design and build the current business systems. Prior to joining Finacity, Ms. Shaby was a project manager and business analyst for an internet start-up that developed an online application to facilitate a collaborative RFP process for IT services. Ms. Shaby started her career with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), where she was involved in projects with several large financial services clients. Ms. Shaby holds a BSE in Biomedical and Electrical Engineering from Duke University and is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree at Columbia University. Peter Grennan, Vice President, ServicingPGrennan@Finacity.comPeter Grennan heads up Finacity’s Servicing Operations department, where his responsibilities include leading “Onboarding” efforts—analyzing client business practices, interpreting AR activity and integrating data—overseeing ongoing management of all client asset portfolios, and providing the primary point of contact for client operational issues. Mr. Grennan has over 15 year’s revenue cycle, customer service and systems implementation experience. Prior to Finacity, Mr. Grennan spent ten years with James River/Fort James/Georgia-Pacific, where he oversaw the order-to-cash process for strategic customer accounts; managed the design, development and delivery of systems training for corporate-wide ERP implementations; and led the communication and organizational development efforts for the James River / Fort James merger. Mr. Grennan holds a BA in music from Fairfield University in Connecticut. Jair A. Martinez, Vice Presidentjmartinez@finacity.comJair Martinez serves as Finacity’s deal manager. Mr. Martinez directs the internal efforts of Finacity’s Structuring, Product Management, Operations, and Technology teams toward the execution of trade securitization programs. Mr. Martinez also plays a significant role in conducting on-site due diligence and annual reviews for Finacity’s new and existing clients. Prior to joining Finacity, Mr. Martinez was a project manager at Casey, Quirk & Associates, a boutique management consulting firm specializing in advising senior professionals in the investment management industry. Mr. Martinez led assignments in organizational strategy, M&A advisory, investment and distribution platform assessment and enhancement, strategic partnership development, and company start-ups. His client engagements encompassed both traditional and alternative investment clients in many of the major global financial markets: U.S., U.K., Europe, Japan, and the Middle East. Mr. Martinez holds a B.A. in International Relations from Tufts University. Jeffrey Gulbin, ControllerJGulbin@Finacity.comJeffrey Gulbin is responsible for corporate finance, treasury, tax, human resource finance, trustee management and operations and real estate activities. Mr. Gulbin has over 17 years of experience in finance. Prior to Finacity, Mr. Gulbin was Director of Strategic Planning & Analysis for Dillon Read Capital Management, a Hedge Fund within UBS Global Asset Management. He has also held numerous senior finance positions within the Investment and Private Bank divisions of UBS. In addition to UBS, other firms where Mr. Gulbin has held various control, financial reporting and audit positions include, Citigroup Asset Management, Marsh & McLennan Companies Inc. and Deloitte & Touche. Mr. Gulbin holds a BBA in Accounting from Saint Bonaventure University. Charles Nahum, Head of Business Development — EuropeCNahum@Finacity.comCharles Nahum is responsible for Finacity’s ongoing expansion into the European market. Based in London, he has over 20 years experience in leading international business development and process change initiatives across a range of business sectors including finance, automotive and transportation. Previously based in Paris with Euler Hermes, he successfully managed the post-merger integration of the French Euler Group and German Hermes Group. Also, as the Finacity Board Representative for Euler Hermes, he was responsible for establishing Finacity in its early stages. Prior to working with Euler Hermes, Mr.Nahum was with Ford Motor Company driving business process re-engineering across all aspects of the customer order to vehicle delivery cycle. During his career, Mr. Nahum has created a strategy consulting partnership and a new business venture providing unique multimedia services to the property sector. Mr. Nahum holds a MBA from the London Business School and a Masters degree in Operational Research. |
